Superb idea X! 1 car at the South Fork/Campground area before we hit SART and 1 at the Post Office before the only "climb" towards the Morton Ridge Lookout.

It is actually a relatively moderate all mountain ride, lotsa rolling dh and some climbing, not shown on the gps data. No bombing down for safety reasons. Hehehe.

Bring inner tubes(min 2) and, yes, lights and batteries among other usual essentials.

The ride depends on the group. If we are out of time, we can cut it short by exiting at the Post Office. But I think we can do this all the way if we arrive on time and start on time.

There might be some minor bushwacking during the last 10 miles or so, according to the riders who did this route at geoladders. Sounds fun, eh?

Looks like we can park at a residential area at the top. Then we can take a trail that connects to the suggested trail.

Since most of us have a gps unit, we should all download the routes, but only use 1 unit at a time to conserve batteries and to not get lost. Hehehe. JP and XT can guide us on most of the trail since they have ridden it last time.

Don't forget your Adventure Passes.

Who is excited?! I am!

If u r on a time crunch, you can bail out by the post office, that's about 20 miles from the top of the 50 miles route. Looking at http://www.geoladders.com/enlarge.php?route=38492 it looks its all downhill from the top all the way to mile 21.

Hey guys, if you don't want do the 50 no problem, you can do the 20. The trail cut the road twice you just have to leave your car at the right place and that's it
