Mt Wilson
-Route: Climb up via Mt Wilson Toll fireroad-->top of Mt Wilson-->descend on Manzanita single track-->Upper Winter Creek Trail-->Chantry Flat parking lot.
-Previous Mt Wilson ride, see 1/8/2011 ride
-Previous Manzanita Trail, see 11/27/2010 ride
-Please bring cowbell to warn incoming hikers

-Chantry Flat parking lot gets filled up easily so I will be there at 7AM
-Let's meet on Chantry Flat upper parking lot. The posted driving coordinate directs you right to it. We will leave a car there (needs an Adventure pass to park) then we all drive/carpool over to Mt Wilson Toll Road trailhead at:
2260 Pinecrest Drive
Altadena, CA 91001
-Parking is not permitted here during the weekends and is limited to 2 hours on weekdays. Continue to the next intersection (Crescent Drive) where there is ample parking.
-Here's the direction from Chantry Flat to the trailhead of Mt Wilson Toll Road:
1. Head south on N Santa Anita Ave
2. Turn right onto W Sierra Madre Blvd
3. Turn right at Sierra Madre Villa Ave
4. Continue onto New York Dr
5. Turn right at N Altadena Dr
6. Turn right at Crescent Dr
7. Take the 1st right onto Pinecrest Dr
-Please bring 2-way radio, tune in to 7.7. NO PHONE SIGNAL up on Chantry Flat area.
-If for some reason we can't see/get hold of each other on Chantry Flat area, I will wait until 8AM on the upper parking lot area then after that the Plan B is I will be on my way in Upper Winter Creek trail, I'm slow so just catch up.
This is an open event. Anyone can join and invite others. Guests are allowed to bring friends to this event.

been trying to uplaod it since last weekend but for some reason there's always something wrong with the server LOL I'll tryi again today when I get home.

Never got the chance to thank everybody for having me and for the wArm welcome...the ride was really awesome and meeting new acquaintances even better! Hope we'll have something similar soon! Looking forward to it!

no prob ariel, glad u made it & joined the ride. now i know who i can ask to pull me up the hill :-) you are one strong & fast rider bro, you made the steep climbs as if its flat dang! definitely we'll have another one like it sometime soon.
